General Flores da Cunha, 1700, Store 4, Zip Code 94.910-003, registered with the CNPJ under No. 90.070.111/0001-67, to Internet users (Users) and their use of these services through the website carecaloterias.com.br.

1.2. The User may only avail themselves of the services provided by Careca Loterias after expressly agreeing to these terms.

1.3. The sections set out below are complementary to these terms and may contain relevant information regarding the use and operation of the services offered in addition to those provided for in these terms. Therefore, the User agrees to become acquainted with their full content.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

2.1. The services offered through the website consist of placing bets on lottery games authorized by Caixa Econômica Federal, at the request and on behalf of the users, whereby the User, through a mandate contract (art. 653 of the Brazilian Civil Code - Law No. 10.406/2002), grants powers to Careca Loterias so that it may, on their behalf, effect the bets they indicate at Official Lottery Houses.

2.2. Careca Loterias, acting as the User's agent, commits to placing the regularly indicated bets exclusively at Lottery Houses accredited by Caixa Econômica Federal, which are reliable and operating under the terms of CIRCULAR NO. 1,084, OF DECEMBER 22, 2025, of the Caixa Econômica Federal.

2.3. In addition to the services described in item 2.1 above, the website allows the User access to additional services such as analysis for obtaining financial loan contracts, 24-hour assistance and insurance services, business pouch processing, and various banking services authorized by Caixa Econômica Federal.

2.4. Any questions regarding the services offered can be resolved through the website itself using the LEARN MORE buttons (directed to a mobile phone with a messaging app) or, alternatively, via telephone contact and email, respectively, in the Useful Links section at the footer of the site.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. To request the Services, the User must be a natural person, of legal age (over 18 years old), and legally capable.

3.2. Careca Loterias is committed to Responsible Gaming and supports the CAIXA Loterias Responsible Gaming Program, adopting the best international practices promoted by the WLA (World Lottery Association), a global organization that brings together lotteries from over 80 countries. 3.3. After placing the bets mentioned in items 2.1 and 2.2 of this term, the User will provide their full name and CPF for the endorsement of their bet/game, guaranteeing and taking responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the data provided.

3.3.1. Careca Loterias does not assume any obligation to monitor or supervise the information provided by the User, but may, at its sole discretion, delete information that it deems untruthful or offensive.

2.4. Any questions regarding the services offered can be resolved through the website itself using the LEARN MORE buttons (directed to a mobile phone with a messaging app) or, alternatively, via telephone contact and email, respectively, in the Useful Links section at the footer of the site.

5. MODALITIES AND DEADLINES

5.1. When requesting Careca Loterias to place a specific lottery bet on their behalf, the User may, at their own discretion, indicate:

• a) Pre-Drafted Games (Pools / Group Betting): Careca Loterias publishes through its website the group betting modality ("Bolão"), made available via shares with numbers chosen randomly or carefully drafted by its team, aiming to provide the User with multiple winning chances. In creating these betting possibilities, various resources may be used, such as a statistical base, combinatorial analysis, proprietary combination closing techniques, filters, and, above all, cutting-edge software. By indicating pre-drafted games belonging to a group, the User may compete together with other Users (if they purchase one or more shares related to the indicated games) or individually (if they purchase all shares related to the indicated games). The total number of shares related to a game group represents the number of people who can compete with those betting possibilities. Bettors who purchase shares of a group compete with all their bets (tickets), regardless of how many shares were purchased. In the prize distribution, each bettor's share will be proportional to the quantity of shares acquired in the group, according to specific rules and the chosen modality detailed on the Caixa Loterias website, namely https://loterias.caixa.gov.br.
• b) Games drafted by the User themselves ("Individual Games"): Careca Loterias may at any time place the bet at the accredited Caixa Econômica Federal Lottery House, upon prior request by the User and also prior submission of the numbers and modality, in accordance with the prior rules of each chosen modality.
• c) Online Games (Caixa Marketplace): Careca Loterias generates and makes pools available online, which are provided to the User through the Caixa Marketplace. The list of Careca Loterias' specific games available on this platform can be processed through the Careca Loterias website, however, the choice, purchase, and payment are not the responsibility of Careca Loterias, as the platform belongs to Caixa Econômica Federal itself and is therefore managed by and under its sole responsibility.

5.1.1. Bets may be requested through the Careca Loterias website, via direct links on the site itself, which will be attended and handled via a mobile phone with a messaging application and within the following established deadlines:

• a) in the case of Pre-Drafted Games (Pools), the User may purchase their shares, provided they are still available, and provided that the choice, respective payment, and endorsement take place up to 15 (fifteen) minutes before the end of the draw or the close of Careca Loterias' business hours;
• b) in the case of Individual Games (from the User themselves), the User may request the placement of the bet up to 05 (five) hours before the draw takes place;
• c) in the case of Online Games (Caixa Marketplace), the User may purchase their share at any time, provided the modality is available before the end of the contest.

5.1.2. Except for reasons of fortuitous event or force majeure, the periods mentioned above may be reduced due to technological, physical, or logistical eventualities, decided solely and exclusively by Careca Loterias, with the objective of guaranteeing the effective completion of the games at the accredited Lottery Houses of Caixa Econômica Federal.

5.2. In the event that it is unfeasible to process bets in a timely manner for the contest chosen by the User due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, such as technical and/or operational problems, weather conditions, exclusive fault of a third party, among others, Careca Loterias disclaims any responsibility, automatically canceling the placed bets with a full refund of the amount paid.

5.3. After placing the bets at the accredited Lottery House, regardless of the indication modality chosen by the User (Pools or Individual Games drafted by the User themselves), Careca Loterias will be responsible for the safekeeping and custody of the respective tickets.

5.3.1. After placing the bets (Online Games) through the Caixa Marketplace, regardless of the modality chosen by the User, the safekeeping, custody, and verification of the respective tickets will be carried out by the User themselves, through their own Login/Password on Caixa's systems, with no responsibility attributed to Careca Loterias.

5.4. Under no circumstances will amounts already disbursed, whether as payment for Services or bets, be refunded to Users, except for an extraordinarily duly justified reason, considering the deadlines stipulated in Chapter 6 below.

5.5. Careca Loterias may allow Users to request the placement of bets in any official lottery game modality launched by Caixa Econômica Federal.

5.6. In cases of delays, postponements, or cancellations of contests, the User will be notified in advance, after receiving this information made available on the regulatory body's official websites.

6. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL

6.1. Once the bets are placed at Careca Loterias and the ticket is generated by the Lottery House, the refund or cancellation of any betting modality will not be permitted.

6.2. Once the bets are placed on the Caixa Marketplace, the refund or cancellation of any betting modality will not be permitted.

6.3. The refund or withdrawal of bets after the draw has been carried out by Caixa Econômica Federal will not be permitted.

6.4. The refund or withdrawal of services after the deadlines established in item 5.1.1 above will not be permitted.

6.5. If any actions suspected of constituting fraud (inconsistencies or irregularities in the purchase) are detected, Careca Loterias reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

7. REMUNERATION FOR SERVICES

7.1. Careca Loterias will charge the face value of the placed games, meaning that in the case of Pools, the amount to be paid by the customer is the one printed on the betting receipt under the name TOTAL PRICE.

7.2. In the case of Individual Games, Careca Loterias will charge the amount of the bet requested by the customer, which is standardized and widely published on the Caixa Econômica Federal website (https://loterias.caixa.gov.br).

7.3. For the provision of services offered to Users, Careca Loterias does not charge additional fees, except:

• a) If there are any expenses related to bank transfers, taxes, or other banking services;
• b) As a result of shipping via postal mail, Motoboy, or any other means chosen by the customer;
• c) For the collection and/or payment of prizes to winning Users.

7.3.1 In these situations described above, Careca Loterias will make any applied amounts clear to the User, and the User shall authorize or decline the provided Service.

8. PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF BETS

8.1. The payment for bets and Online Games (Caixa Marketplace) is operated through specialized payment methods that handle communication between credit card issuers and the Caixa Econômica Federal website itself.

8.2. All transactions are submitted to risk assessment by the specialized service provider, without any participation or influence from Careca Loterias.

8.3. Payment for the purchases of available Pool and Individual Game services will be made through the following payment methods: (i) transactions via PIX directly to the corporate account of Loteria Careca Loterias;

8.3.1. Installment payments for purchases on the website are not allowed; only lump-sum (cash) payments are accepted.

8.4. Following payment confirmation, Careca Loterias will register the bet containing the games selected by the User at the accredited Lottery Houses.

8.4.1. The registration of the game at the accredited Lottery Houses will generate a ticket with the placed bets, which will be sent and communicated to the User via a mobile phone with a messaging application, by sending a photo of the properly registered game endorsed with the User's data.

8.4.2. The Payment Receipt is not proof of the game's registration at the accredited Lottery Houses, as stated in item 8.4.1. above.

9. PRIZES

9.1. In the event of a win, within 72 hours after the draw results are processed, Careca Loterias will notify the winning User via a mobile phone with a messaging app, using the same number used for the prior purchase of the game. The User may:

• a) request the respective credit in their bank account (under the conditions expressed in item 9.3); or
• b) pick up the winning ticket at our physical store; or even
• c) request the shipment of the winning ticket so that the User themselves can redeem the prize directly with Caixa Econômica Federal.

9.1.1. In the case of item 9.1 (a) above, Careca Loterias will have a period of 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days, counted from the User's request for the credit, to carry out the bank transfer of the prize to the User, which may be extended pending analysis by Caixa Econômica Federal.

9.2. The bank account used to receive funds must necessarily be proven to belong to the User who indicated the winning bet, in accordance with the name and CPF previously provided during the endorsement of the ticket.

9.2.1. Funds will not be delivered in cash, nor will they be deposited into bank accounts held by third parties. In cases where the ticket is a winner and the User chooses to pick up the winning ticket directly at Careca Loterias' physical store, the User must take the ticket and go in person to the cashier to receive their prize.

9.3. As a rule, prizes that exceed the maximum limit allowed to be paid at accredited Lottery Houses must be redeemed by the User themselves at a Caixa Econômica Federal branch of their choice, once the formalities established by Caixa Econômica Federal are fulfilled.

9.3.1. The maximum allowed amount will depend on the prize value and the number of winners; therefore, consult Careca Loterias for more details on the channel's maximum limit. The limit is established by Caixa Econômica Federal and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

9.3.2. The winning ticket must be requested by the User, and Careca Loterias, after identifying the winning User, will arrange the method of delivery for this game.

9.4. Prizes can only be redeemed in full and cannot be redeemed partially.

9.5. Bank transfers made by Careca Loterias to Users, resulting from prize amounts, will be subject to bank fees already established by the competent regulatory agency.

10. ACCESS TO SERVICES

10.1. Careca Loterias may, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice to the User:

10.1.1. Terminate, block, delete, modify, or suspend, totally or partially, the User's access to the website or the mobile phone with a messaging app, when said access or message exchanges violate the conditions established in these terms.

11. USAGE LIMITATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1. The User may not:

• a) Use the Careca Loterias website to disseminate information in any way that may imply a violation of applicable rules in Brazil, rights of Careca Loterias and/or any third parties, nor produce or disseminate illegal, immoral, inappropriate, or offensive content;
• b) Copy, assign, sublicense, sell, lease or pledge, reproduce, donate, alienate in any way, transfer totally or partially, under any modalities, free of charge or for a fee, temporarily or permanently, information from the Careca Loterias website, as well as its modules, parts, manuals, or any information related thereto;
• c) Employ software, techniques, and/or artifices with the intent to improperly use the Careca Loterias website for practices harmful to Careca Loterias or third parties;
• d) Reproduce, adapt, modify, and/or employ, in whole or in part, for any purpose, the Careca Loterias website or any website content without the express authorization of Careca Loterias;
• e) Publish or transmit any file containing viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other contaminating or destructive program, or that otherwise may interfere with the proper functioning of the Careca Loterias website;
• f) Perform reverse engineering.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

12.1. Careca Loterias shall not be liable, under any circumstances, not even on a joint or subsidiary basis:

• a) For any losses suffered by the User due to decision-making based on the information provided on the website;
• b) For any losses suffered by the User due to failures in the IT system, telephony, or servers that are independent of Careca Loterias' fault, or in its internet connectivity in general, and the User must maintain, at their own expense, a telecommunication line, modem, communication software, messaging software, email address, and other resources necessary for communication with Careca Loterias;
• c) For any losses suffered due to fraud practiced by third parties, and the User must maintain, at their own expense, software and protection and prevention measures against viruses, worms, etc.;
• d) For situations of fortuitous event or force majeure.

12.2. Careca Loterias does NOT guarantee that the functions contained in the website will meet all the needs of the Users, that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any functionality will continue to be available, that defects on the website will be corrected, or that the website will be compatible or work with any third-party Application, applications, or services.

12.3. The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Careca Loterias and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any charges, actions, or demands, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from: (i) your eventual improper use of the website and its applications, or (ii) your violation of the conditions agreed upon herein.

12.4. Under no circumstances shall Careca Loterias be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, lost profits, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit, data corruption or loss, failure to transmit or receive data, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or any other commercial loss or damage arising from or related to your use or inability to use the website, for any other reason.

12.5. In the event that Careca Loterias is compelled, by a final and unappealable judicial decision, to indemnify or reimburse the User for damages suffered, despite the provisions of item 12.2 above, the amount owed to the User shall be limited to 20% (twenty percent) of the total amounts effectively paid by the User to Careca Loterias.

13. TERMS OF USE OF OTHER PARTNERS AND THIRD PARTIES

13.1. The Careca Loterias website or applications may contain links from partner companies, and these have their own terms and conditions.

13.2. Careca Loterias is not responsible for the terms and conditions of use of any other website related to Careca Loterias, whether through links or other forms of dissemination and access.

14. TERM

14.1. These terms shall remain in effect for an indefinite period, starting from the User's acceptance, and may be modified or unilaterally terminated by Careca Loterias at any time, without any burden, simply by communication through the website itself or by message to the phone indicated in the message exchanges with the User.

15. MANDATE FOR REPRESENTATION IN BETS

15.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User irrevocably grants a mandate to Careca Loterias so that it may, on their behalf, perform the following acts:

• a) register the bets at the accredited Lottery Houses;
• b) perform the safekeeping and custody of the lottery tickets;
• c) check the results of the bets to verify any winnings;
• d) redeem the prizes at the accredited Lottery Houses or with Caixa Econômica Federal;
• e) pass on to the User the amounts corresponding to the winning bets.

15.2. This grant of mandate is exclusively for the purposes described above, allowing Careca Loterias to act on behalf of the User to facilitate the management and processing of the bets requested on the website.

16. GENERAL RULES, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, AND ELECTION OF JURISDICTION

16.1. When using the Services, the User undertakes to act with responsibility and moderation, as well as to respect the law, morality, and good customs.

16.2. The provisions set forth herein and any other policies published by Careca Loterias constitute the rules that specifically govern the relationship between the User and Careca Loterias, superseding and revoking any and all prior understandings, proposals, agreements, negotiations, and discussions eventually held between the parties, such that the User's full awareness and irrevocable and unappealable agreement are presumed.

16.3. The relationship between the User and Careca Loterias is based on the establishment of a mandate contract and, in addition to these provisions, is also governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially by articles 653 and following of the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).

16.4. Pursuant to national and international rules for the prevention of money laundering and the financing of criminal activities, Careca Loterias may voluntarily share with government bodies information in any way related to message exchanges, operations, and eventual wins of its Users. It may also forward any information within its knowledge that is requested by government bodies, regardless of notification or warning to the User.

16.5. The inability or failure of Careca Loterias to exercise or enforce any right or provision set forth herein does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.6. The declaration of nullity or unenforceability of any item, term, or provision provided herein shall not imply the nullity or unenforceability of any other items, terms, or provisions contained herein, which shall remain in full force and whose effects shall not be affected.

16.7. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights over or in any way related to the website, applications, or any functionality or component made available by Careca Loterias.

16.7.1. Under no circumstances shall the User have access to the source code of the website, as it is the intellectual property of Careca Loterias.

16.8. Any and all content made available by Careca Loterias, on the website or Applications, including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, images, logos, icons, photographs, editorial content, notifications, software, and any other material, belong exclusively to Careca Loterias and are protected by Brazilian law regarding intellectual property and copyright.

16.9. Careca Loterias CLARIFIES THAT IT PROVIDES SERVICES AS AN ACCREDITED, APPROVED, AND AUTHORIZED LOTTERY AGENT BEFORE CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL.

16.10. Careca Loterias and its contracted collaborators undertake to act in accordance with current legislation on the protection of data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data") and the determinations of Regulatory/Supervisory Bodies on the matter, especially the provisions of Law No. 13.709/2018 ("General Data Protection Law") as well as other laws, rules, and corporate personal data protection policies.

16.10.1. In this sense, Careca Loterias has a document called the Privacy Policy ("Policy") that explains in a clear and accessible way how your information and data will be collected, used, shared, and stored through our systems. The Privacy Policy can be consulted at any time in the footer of the website or through the link: https://carecaloterias.com.br/politica-privacidade.

16.11. The parties elect the Court of the District of the city of Gravataí as the sole competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes and/or demands involving the Parties regarding the use of the Services and access to the website.

16.12. The User declares to be aware of the rights and obligations arising from these terms, having read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.
